This is a start to an infosite för the
upcoming VUSHF-meeting 2027
SK7OL did arrange a meeting 1993 i Ängelholm and we hope to be able to do this again.
Right now we are assessing the possibilities to locate a place suitable to cater around.
We have a couple of locations to investigate, before we take the final decision of if we should continue working on the planning.
SK7OL has been asked to investigate the possibility to arrange this meeting, as it now is SM to be the host for the meeting. The date are not yet set.
For those no familiar with this meeting, it is a meeting for those interested in amateur radio on 50 MHz and higher frequencies.
During the meeting the very preliminary program is going to be very close to the following .
Start on friday afternoon with a barbecue in the early evening.
On saturday the will be lectures in different subject.
There will also be an Open VHF manager meeting, as well as a building contest between a 4 person team from the different countries participating in the meeting.
We will design a unique T-shirt as a memory for the event.
Also the will be a flee market tighter with a, hopefully large, lottery.
On saturday evening we will arrange a HAM DINNER.
We need, as always, help to arrange this with everything as practical things during meeting and to find different persons to host the lectures, as well as finding sponsors for the lottery and other practical things.
